Proceeding by the state in the district court for Morrison county to confiscate an automobile used by one Marvin Bollig to spot deer contrary to law, wherein Lake Region Beverage Company, a copartnership, by J. N. Bollig, as one of the partners and individually, intervened. There were findings, Byron R. Wilson, Judge, that Marvin Bollig was the owner of the car in question; that interveners had no title thereto and no lien thereon; that the car was used in violation of law to spot deer; and that it be confiscated.
